1. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Northern Rivers, and Coffs Harbour. 

2. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after order confirmation. For urgent requests, expedited shipping may be available—mention “Priority Delivery” in your order notes or contact our team.

3. Do you offer assembly services?
Yes! We provide professional assembly services for an additional fee. Select the “Assembly Service” option at checkout, and our team will handle everything.

4. Are delivery fees included?

Delivery within a 50-kilometer radius incurs a fee of $80. For distances exceeding 50 kilometers, additional charges will apply. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your specific requirements.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I return a product?

  • Step 1: Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  • Step 2: We’ll arrange a pickup.

  • Step 3: Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

3. Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely! Contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Payments & Security

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay (for orders over $300). All transactions are encrypted for security.
